Online Ordering:
Orders for all ThorSport Racing merchandise may be placed online using the standard e-commerce shopping cart process. Mail orders are not accepted.
Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. Purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with a carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service, and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Shipping Policy
For all items that are ordered and in stock, orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the package to arrive. Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM for express delivery orders. A physical address must be received to fulfill an order; P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Tracking of packages is not available on USPS Parcel service.
International Orders:
To our international customers; At this time, we do not accept international orders via the internet. Please call 419-621-8800 to place an order. Special shipping rates will apply. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled by ThorSport Racing because an item is out of stock. You will be credited for this cancellation.
Returns / Claims:
We hope you are pleased with your order, however if there is any problem please note: All claims for damaged, missing or improper merchandise must be made within 48 hrs of receipt. Please check your order carefully. Merchandise to be returned must be in the original packaging along with a copy of the order or shipper.

Returns/exchanges that are sent back to ThorSport Racing without the required prior authorization will be returned to the customer.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on items that have been worn/used, washed or improperly cared for. Only defective items in their original condition will be accepted.
