Sounding Off – Cameron Hayley:
You had a solid run in your track debut at Pocono last year. What do you remember about the race that you can apply this weekend?
“Well, all I can remember is that practice and qualifying were terrible for us, I think I qualified like 16th, it was bad. We made a ton of adjustments for the race, and I ended up working my way through the field. On that final restart, I found myself second, restarting next to Kyle Busch. I was like ‘wow, we’ve come along ways.’ We had a good restart, held off Austin Dillon, but Harvick got by me. I mean, we were in the midst of all the Cup drivers, and I think if there hadn’t been any cup drivers there, I could’ve won it, but I think it was really cool to get that experience.”

• Chassis Chatter… The No. 13 ThorSport Racing team will unload chassis No. 35 for Saturday’s Pocono Mountains 150 at Pocono Raceway. This is the same chassis Hayley piloted to a career-best second-place finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway, and a 19th-place finish at Kanas Speedway earlier this season.
• Please Welcome… Blakely Elizabeth Hayley, born on Friday, July 22 at 9:42am. Ms. Blakely was 8lbs, 8oz., and 22 inches long.
