Chatting with Chase Briscoe…
“I’m really excited to head to Eldora Speedway this week. Growing up racing dirt, and being a dirt guy, Eldora is our Daytona. Any time you get to run at Eldora, it’s special. For me, being a dirt guy, this truck race is special, with it being the only time one of the top three touring series races on dirt. There’s some pride involved when you go, something I always try to run. After running the race last year, this is something I’ve been in talks with since January with Ford. It came down to the wire, but I’m very thankful for Ford’s support and allowing me to run this race. I’m very excited, as it’s one race I’m really looking forward to, and to be a part of one of the toughest fields in the history of the truck race there is pretty cool.”
