Sounding Off – Rico Abreu:
This weekend’s race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park is the only road coarse race on the schedule. I know you’ve done a little bit of road course racing in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, is this something that you enjoy?
“I actually really enjoy it. I wish we had a few more road courses, but I’m very new to it, and we only did two races last year. I’ve got a little seat time from Canada on my iRacing at home, so we’ll see. It’ll definitely be interesting. There’s a lot of blind spots it seems like, just by getting a little bit of time up there on the computer, I feel like it will help. I just have to have a smart race, and what it really comes down to is just having fun. Finishing, and not destroying a truck, not making it too hard on the guys back at the shop.”
