Matt Crafton, driver of the No. 88 Hormel Black Label Bacon/Menards Toyota Tundra won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Keystone Light Pole Award on Saturday at Atlanta Motor Speedway, his first in 15 starts at the 1.54-mile track, and the 12th of his career. The ThorSport Racing driver will lead the field to green to kick off the Great Clips 200 (4:30 p.m. ET, FS1, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio), the second race on the 2016 schedule.
Crafton soared to the top of the leaderboard with a speed of 179.790 mph on Saturday morning. The two-time series champion is also the defending race winner, and the only previous winner in Saturday’s field.
